Local Firm Facilitates Lease Agreement for New Direct Aesthetics Location
The two companies signed a lease for a 2,715 square-foot space on the ground floor of the boutique hotel. The transaction was facilitated by the listing broker, Courtney Marquis Mulica with PURE Real Estate Brokerage. WDG Construction, the construction manager, will turn over the suite to Direct Aesthetics in white-box form this summer for their tenant build-out which is expected to take approximately three months to complete.
A Welcomed Amenity for Hotel Rose Guests
“WDG is honored to play a role in Direct Aesthetics’ next chapter of growth. They bring an exciting element to the project, and a client base that we feel will truly enjoy the restaurant and retail experiences that we are curating. Direct Aesthetics is a perfect complement to the overall tenant mix, and we look forward to fruitful relationship with their team at Hotel Rose” noted WDG VP of Communications, Jason Wheeler.

Owner, Valeri Rusco Comments on New Location
Direct Aesthetics continues to expand services in the ever-evolving field of wellness and aesthetics. Owner, Valeri Rusco, PA-C stated, “I started Direct Aesthetics in 2019 with a passion for serving our small community and helping people feel their best, inside and out. Our team is made up of highly skilled medical providers with decades of experience, and safety is always our top priority. We focus on patient education and honoring each person’s unique anatomy to create natural, beautiful results. It’s important to me that we treat the skin as an organ and the whole person — not just surface-level concerns. I truly believe in supporting our local community and empowering our patients with the knowledge and care they need to look and feel their best.”

Future Plans for New Space and Staff
Direct Aesthetics plans to hire approximately 4-5 new employees to support operations at the new location, enhancing service capacity and client care.
Rusco added, “In order for us to provide the best care, most innovative therapies, and most positive experience for our clients, it is important to have more space. The move to Hotel Rose allows us to re-design our office layout, add staff, and create an environment that exudes the positivity and passion we share for our work.”
Direct Aesthetics joins Kula Yoga as the second tenant for the fully leased ground floor of Hotel Rose. Additional tenant announcements and grand opening ceremony details will be announced later this summer. All ground floor tenants will open at or near the same time upon the opening of the 54-room hotel.
