City of Rockford Community Celebrates the Grand Opening of Hotel Rose
Wheeler Development Group gathered at Hotel Rose in Rockford Michigan today at 2pm with project partners, City of Rockford officials, State of Michigan representatives, community members, and local businesses to celebrate the grand opening for Hotel Rose. A reception was held at the ground floor restaurant, Char + Barrel before officially opening to the public at 4pm.
Hotel Rose Announces New Signature Restaurant, Char + Barrel
Wheeler Development Group (WDG) has announced the coming of a signature restaurant to downtown Rockford’s Hotel Rose. Char + Barrel, an 88-seat dining establishment, will occupy the ground floor space on the Northwest corner of the boutique hotel at 12 S. Main Street. The restaurant will open in tandem with the 54-room Hotel Rose this fall.
New Coffeehouse and Restaurant Joins Hotel Rose as Ground-Floor Tenant
Wheeler Development Group (WDG) has announced a new tenant lease at Hotel Rose. MudPenny, with locations in Grand Rapids and Ada as well as a coffee roastery in the Boston Square Neighborhood, will bring its unique and eclectic brunch and dinner offerings to the boutique hotel in fall 2025. This is the third tenant named to Hotel Rose’s ground floor, which is fully leased.
Direct Aesthetics Announces New Location at Hotel Rose
Wheeler Development Group (WDG) has signed another lease in downtown Rockford’s Hotel Rose. Direct Aesthetics, a full-scope wellness and aesthetics provider, will relocate from 27 N Main Street in Rockford to Hotel Rose this fall.
