Wheeler Development Group (WDG) has announced a new tenant lease at Hotel Rose. MudPenny, with locations in Grand Rapids and Ada as well as a coffee roastery in the Boston Square Neighborhood, will bring its unique and eclectic brunch and dinner offerings to the boutique hotel in fall 2025. This is the third tenant named to Hotel Rose’s ground floor, which is fully leased.

Wheeler Development Group (WDG) has signed a lease with the first retail tenant set to open at Hotel Rose. Kula Yoga, with two studio locations and a community center in the greater Grand Rapids area, will bring its unique and eclectic offerings to the boutique hotel in Fall 2025.

West Michigan developer, Wheeler Development Group gathered at 12 S. Main Street in Rockford Michigan today at 11am with project partners, city of Rockford officials, state of Michigan representatives, community members, and the local business community to celebrate a groundbreaking ceremony for Hotel Rose. The project is now underway and is expected to be completed in summer 2025.
